What the website itself collects
The site's fonts, images, video, and application code are served from its own address. Optional Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics, when enabled, load only after you accept analytics. If you do not accept, the site does not load these collectors or send them measurements. Advertising, session replay, and call recording are not part of this integration.
Optional analytics and consent storage
When enabled and accepted, Google Analytics measures page views, consultation and telephone link activations, the start of form interaction, and inquiries accepted by the application. These counts help the firm understand use of the website. An accepted inquiry count is not evidence of mailbox delivery, a qualified matter, or a client relationship.
Google receives technical information such as network and browser information and uses first-party analytics cookies, including _ga and a property-specific _ga_ cookie, to distinguish visits. The site requests a 180-day cookie lifetime without renewal on each visit; browser settings may shorten it. Analytics is not anonymous. The site does not send inquiry fields, contact details, submission identifiers, query strings, or URL fragments in its reviewed analytics events. Contact events use a broad page category rather than the detailed case topic. Google's handling and retention of analytics information are described in its privacy policy.
Vercel Web Analytics, when enabled and accepted, measures page views and technical information such as browser, device, and approximate location. It does not use analytics cookies. This integration sends no custom events or inquiry information to Vercel Web Analytics and removes query strings and URL fragments from measured page addresses. Pages reached from an external referring website are excluded to avoid sending that referring address. Vercel describes its processing in its Web Analytics privacy documentation.
Choosing an analytics option stores a first-party browser preference named ls_analytics_consent_v1 for up to 180 days. It contains only your choice, the policy version, and an expiry time. It contains no visitor identifier or inquiry information. If browser storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current page. Missing, invalid, or expired permission defaults to off.
Use Privacy choices in the footer to reject analytics or change your choice later. Rejection stops the site's event dispatch and blocks further Google and Vercel analytics measurements; the site also removes its analytics cookies where the browser allows. Information already sent cannot be recalled. Declining analytics does not prevent you from reading, calling, or using the consultation form. Activity before permission is not replayed when you accept. The preference lifetime and cookie lifetime are separate from Google's data-retention settings.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's systems may record technical details about each request, such as the requesting IP address, browser type, requested page, and time, in logs used to operate and secure the service. The firm does not use those logs to identify individual visitors. Vercel's handling and retention of that information are governed by its own privacy policy.
Information you choose to send
If you call or email the firm, the firm receives the information you provide and uses it to respond to you and to evaluate whether it can help.
The consultation form on this website asks for your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, and a short description of what happened. When you submit the consultation form, your information is processed by our hosting provider, Vercel, and sent to the firm through Resend. The email includes your message and contact details, together with the page you submitted from. If you provide an email address, it is set as the reply-to address so the firm can answer you directly. The application's logs keep only a minimal operational record of each submission (time, outcome, and a delivery identifier), not your message contents. Our service providers and the receiving mailbox may retain message contents and delivery records under their applicable policies. If the form is unavailable, the page says so and offers the phone option instead. Please do not include highly sensitive details, such as government identification or account numbers, in the form; a lawyer can ask for what is needed later.
How the firm uses and shares that information
The firm uses the information you send to respond to you, to check for conflicts of interest, and to evaluate and, if the firm is engaged, to handle your matter. The firm shares that information with the service providers that help it operate this website and receive messages, as described above, and otherwise as needed to evaluate or handle a matter or as required by law or the rules of professional conduct.
How long information is kept
The firm keeps information from prospective clients and clients in accordance with its professional obligations and record-keeping practices, which depend on the matter. Service providers keep their logs and message records under their own retention rules.
